A Face For Radio...

Podcasting.

It's something that has always piqued my interest, but an opportunity that has never presented itself.  I never had a topic that warranted talking about for an hour or so, and could never lock down enough people to do it.

Fortunately, a fellow photographer (whom I've mentioned before) named Joe Sterne moved from Baltimore to California, and our personal interactions needed an outlet that once existed on an in-person level.  Joe and I had tossed around the idea of doing a podcast before he left, but his move to California put things on hold for awhile.

Recently, discussion picked back up, and Joe and I began talking to a few other photographers (Jamie MacDonald and Joshua Conti) who had a similar interest in starting up a weekly discussion on photography and, thus, "The F-Stops Here" was born.

We're currently doing the podcast in a Google+ Hangout, on-air, and are in the process of getting the audio into iTunes for ease of download.  If you're interested in checking out the show, Joe is hosting the video on his youtube channel, and the audio can be found in the "podcast" tab on the left side of this page.  Once it's up in iTunes, I'll be posting the RSS feed (in case you don't use iTunes for your podcasting).

The show is currently being recorded on Tuesday nights and, Joe's schedule pending, will be staying on that night each week.  We hope you'll join us each week and if you have any feedback, feel free to leave it in the comments below!
